This is where we work in tandem with your lender and title company to make sure everything is cleared to close on time.

CONTRACT
AGREEMENT

When the seller accepts your offer, you “go under contract" and into escrow. Your earnest money gets sent to the title company, and I will get to work on all the particulars.

SIGN & CLOSE

Signing day is nerve-wracking but so much fun once you've signed and have those keys in hand . Your next steps will be into your new home!
